Shaver/Trimmer Warranty

Braun Shaver/Trimmer 2 year limited warranty (foil and cutter cassette excluded)

Braun GmbH warrants this Braun shaver (except foil and cutter cassette) to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase. If the shaver exhibits such a defect, and the consumer otherwise qualifies for the warranty, Braun will, at its option, either repair or replace it for the consumer without charge. Because Braun cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Braun or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Braun reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

If you wish to make a warranty claim, please visit https://service.braun.com/ or call 1-800-Braun 11 (800-272-8611) to be referred to the authorized Braun Service Center closest to you and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You will then need to mail your product, a proof of purchase, and your return authorization number to your designated Braun Service Center. This warranty does not cover foil and cutter cassette or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, dirt, water, tampering, unreasonable use, normal wear, servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, including recharging. This warranty is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE STATED HEREIN. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 2 YEARS FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT WILL BRAUN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

IPL/Epilator Warranty

Braun IPL/Epilator 1 year limited warranty

Braun warrants this device to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. If the device exhibits such a defect, Braun will, at its option, either repair or replace it for the consumer without charge. Because Braun cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Braun or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Braun reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, dirt, water, tampering, unreasonable use, servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. IN NO EVENT WILL BRAUN INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other legal rights which vary from state to state.
